The accommodation was ok. The common room was very advantageous as we were several families. Unfortunately, the nice and helpful caretaker only spoke Italian (although South Tyrol and the border with Austria) and communication was therefore a bit difficult. We had a very negative experience with the owner who lives in Austria and was on site one day. In our presence, he literally yelled at the 8-year-old children because they had built a snowman next to the front door - on the grounds that the caretaker (if the snowman collapses) would have to shovel it away with difficulty. The elderly caretaker only had a shovel to clear the long driveway to the house (it had snowed almost every day), whereas all neighboring condos and hotels had snowblowers.
