The house is very modern. We had a jacuzzi and sauna in the bathroom which was very nice. Only there was no real waste separation. Bad for the environment. The resort was clean and the staff was nice. There are many nice playgrounds for the children right on the beach, so you could relax by the sea.

Very nice area with small drawbacks. The well equipped house was very well maintained and clean. However, upon arrival, there was dog poop all over the house. I would give an additional swab to the whirlpool, as black flakes swam every time it was used.

The house was very nice, it could have been a little cleaner, otherwise everything was great.

Modern wooden house with large glass areas in a holiday park. Very nicely equipped including sauna and whirlpool. The outdoor area is very open, but you still have your peace. There is no stuffy "campsite atmosphere". Suggestions for optimization: - One way the living room cpl. to be darkened - disposal option on site (glass, paper & yellow bag)

Very nice accommodation with many extras, very good kitchen equipment.

It was a great stay! We were 2 families with 2 children and 1 dog! It was very beautiful! The accommodation is very well maintained and really nicely equipped. What would be good for the houses that are further back if you could stand 2 in the parking lot in front of the house, for example with 2 families in 1 house! The wireless ratio would also be improved! But overall it was really great and we'll definitely be back! Staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Arrival made difficult by cumbersome and slow staff. Departure bad surprise despite impeccable condition of the house 5 euros penalty: the unused bathtub was not filled with water....without explanation and without prior notice.Control at 9 a.m. although the departure time was at 11 o'clock.

It was a successful holiday from A to Z.

Sidewalks or streets to the houses were not tarred / paved. As a result, there is a lot of dirt when it rains, which is also carried into the accommodation.

It would have been nice if the house had provided a dish brush and dish detergent and a bathroom floor dryer plus a floor drain near the jacuzzi. Consider a moderately large electricity bill if you have to heat the house even a little.

Very nice accommodation everything as promised

The rooms were very nicely furnished, for adding a travel cot there would have to be a little more space in one of the three bedrooms. Otherwise everything was to our satisfaction.

Finally a holiday complex whose holiday home is not only bright and spacious, but also allows people with restricted mobility to spend a comfortable and stress-free holiday and also to bring a pet/dog with them. We would like to see more such accommodations in Germany. It would be nice if the beds (single bed 70 cm) were a bit wider!

The accommodation is very well furnished and well equipped. Suggestion: the TV set could have a larger diagonal (during the stay was the European Football Championship), retrofit air conditioning if necessary.

We were lucky with the weather. Lots of sunshine and mostly calm. Cycling across fields and meadows is beautiful. Ideal for nature lovers. The beaches outside Grossenbrode are very natural and empty. Heiligenhafen is very cute for strolling!

The resort is very beautiful. The minuses are in the organization. Deposit can only be paid in cash. Plastic, paper and glass cannot be disposed of directly at the resort. Otherwise everything was great, the staff was very friendly.

condition was ok. Unfortunately dirty dishes on arrival. Internet very slow. Very sharp. House numbers when booking do not match house numbers in the holiday park!

First of all: I am a travel agency owner myself and have already booked a few apartments/houses for myself and customers. These 'system houses' are also in Denmark, for example, and are really well thought out. Everything is there, as good as new, ideal for 2 families as there are also 2 bathrooms. If you had a question, they were always helpful - the caretaker came right away with the new coffee machine (since the water was very hard, it was a bit clogged). The new houses are about 10 minutes from the beautiful beach.

House is well furnished, our only criticism is the garden. It is nowhere separated or planted. Everyone can see the terrace, so there is no privacy here, which is a shame...

A hint where exactly the dog beach (west beach) is, would be very helpful

Location to the beach good. Unfortunately, all the houses are a bit close together, so you often feel like you're being watched. But otherwise a nice and quiet place to stay at night, from which you can easily go on bike tours.

I would like to go on vacation again

The holiday complex is very nice, close to the beach. The houses seem quite new and are well equipped. You have everything you need on site (supermarket right on the premises, several restaurants, beautiful beach promenade, several playgrounds, etc.) From Grossenbrode you also have a number of excursion options, Fehmarn, Hansa Park, Bas Segeberg, Lübeck, Kiel,... ...

We were very happy with our stay. The equipment of the houses was modern and sufficient. There was no damage to the house and it was very clean. The only drawback would be a missing play area on the grounds of the facility. For our taste, the playground is too far outside the parking lot and is therefore not really inviting to play. Despite this, it was also very well maintained. the public Playground nearby was wonderful (200m away)

House was very good, everything as described. Gladly again.

A modern furnished and functional house. Overall, the area is very densely built up. In the summer vacation on the terrace maybe disturbing. A note that the second high chair is not free would have been nice. The accommodation was very dirty in some corners (dog hair behind the sofa cushions and under or in the beds), very dusty lamps and also very dirty under the beds. For the price of the final cleaning unsatisfactory. A pet free home would be great!

House was tidy and clean. Unfortunately, the toilet paper was very scarce (2x then all), no dishwashing liquid available. Otherwise good complete equipment. --- VERY SATISFIED --- Also the bureaucratic handling with final control - very good !!!!

The house itself was good but the privacy should be a little better as the terrace offers a full view. It was good that you can travel with dogs, but you should show that the southern beach, which is next to the holiday home, is not intended for dogs. The cutlery is sufficient but the facilities in terms of plates, bowls, bowls, chopping boards and pots should be better. The promised playground and the other things are not on the premises. The house is very noisy.

Everything as in the description, relatively new. About 1 km to the beach.

Everything fits, premises, equipment, great receptionists and hard-working staff, anytime again!
