No toys or the like on the houses, no beach to see from the houses, 15 minutes to walk, beds very basic and much too deep for the elderly or disabled, TV reception very bad. If you are prepared for it, you can still have a really great vacation

The house is excellent, all additional costs, except visitor's tax, are included in the rental price. However, there is only W-Lan for 3 devices, and due to the positioning of the router, this cannot always be received sufficiently in all areas of the house. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This was the second vacation here, and certainly not the last

Our cottage was very nice to look at. Although we were not accommodated in the house which was shown in the photo. Our house was number 48. Unfortunately, the cot we ordered was not available. It was only brought when asked. It should be noted that when ordering, you also indicate that you need a cot mattress, as that doesn't seem to be common.... The single beds are not very comfortable and the pillows (50x50) too small. etc.....

Everything was clean and tasteful. We celebrated my birthday together as a family and there was nothing wrong with the house. Ideal for a short trip with a dog or for families with children. For a longer stay, the houses would be too close together for me, but everyone sees it differently and you can see from the pictures how the complex is structured.

We found this accommodation by accident and spontaneously and were very satisfied. The facility and the house were very clean, the processes were well organized and the employees were friendly. Everything necessary was explained and set up in a user-friendly manner. A short walk to the well-stocked local shop - also very friendly and a short walk (10 minutes) to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

+ The house is very comfortable + The house is spacious + Fireplace + 2 bathrooms - Fireplace had to be repaired first - Tap in the kitchen always ran for about 5 seconds - Hot water in the bathrooms only after about 15-45 seconds - Missing Fence (dog could not run free in the garden) - no pictures on the net (only sample pictures) - not enough bushes and trees (a lot of grass) around the houses, the idyllic is missing

Overall satisfied, only 3 devices W-LAN and then rather poor, note for small children: in the house there are no child safety devices in the sockets and there is hardly any space for a travel cot

The cottage was great. The facility, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and sauna top. The cleanliness on arrival left a lot to be desired. Mattress pads were contaminated with animal and human hair. Thick dust fluff in all corners. For 8 people only 3 internet accesses!!!

Everything was as it was described, but Grossenbrode is a somewhat quieter village. But there is variety in Heiligenhafen and Fahmarn.

Beautiful holiday home with small defects such. E.g. patio too small, patio door opens to the wrong side, not enough hooks, wifi didn't work well. Otherwise super equipped, enough plates so that you have to wash up after every meal. Electronics well maintained. Organizers/employees super friendly and very helpful.

Great house. Very cozy and nicely furnished. I can imagine vacationing there at any time of the year. But we were also very lucky with the weather in mid-September :)

The holiday home is very spacious and well equipped. The living room couch with armchair is perhaps a bit uncomfortable, but that can be overcome in the end. The beds could have been a little better quality. These are quite uncomfortable and narrow. The available internet is partially non-existent.

The house is really big and spacious, nice the sauna and jacuzzi. To complain about there is the service on site. On arrival we noticed minor defects (blinds 2x broken, fridge not cleaned) and told the service. Nothing has happened. The final cleaning costs, which have to be paid separately on site, are not justified - since you still have to do many tasks yourself before you leave. Very laborious at that. Internet only for 3 devices.

The service was great, because unfortunately our coffee machine was broken and it didn't take long for it to be replaced. It was a pity, however, that there were no board games in our house. Precisely because we came as a family (several generations), it would have been nice to play something in the evening (as soon as the children were in bed) and if it had only been "Mensch ärgere dich nicht" - unfortunately we had one or the other need to buy another game.
