Holiday Rental Description

This Victorian estate has everything you could ever want in an idyllic Somerset homestead. It’s great all year round – the heated pool and adjacent river are perfect places to cool off in the summer, and in the colder months the reception room fireplace and the sauna are ideal spots to gather. There's also a separate cottage here for added privacy. Although there may not be enough room to fit everyone around the indoor dining table at full occupancy, the outdoor table has enough space for any group. Get your steps in on the treadmill in the private gym, or pile into the car and explore nearby Frome, with its charming cobbled streets and bustling eateries.

Home truths:
*Since the photoshoot, the single beds in the fourth bedroom have been replaced with a superking-sized bed.
*While some of the bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The seventh bedroom is in a separate cottage. It has a kitchenette, bathroom, and sofa bed for two.
*There are two double sofa beds in the main house, which can sleep extra guests on request.
*At full occupancy, it may be difficult to squeeze everyone around the sofas and indoor dining table – but there's plenty of space outside.
*You'll have access to all areas of the home, apart from the loft and some of the wardrobes.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot, baby bath and high chair upon request.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking available on-site.
