Upstairs, a balcony offers a peaceful spot for your morning coffee, while inside, the fire makes cooler evenings extra cosy. Though you might hear a bit of nearby construction during the day, the calm, coastal setting more than makes up for it – this is a place built for laid-back days and long, happy nights.

*The hot tub may not be fully heated on arrival – it’s freshly filled for each guest, so you may need to wait until your second evening to enjoy it at full temperature.
*There’s free parking at this home.
*While this home is fully completed, some nearby properties are still undergoing construction – expect to see machinery and workers in the immediate area from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
*The fifth bedroom includes a trundle bed, best suited for a child. Though there's enough bed space for ten people here, the maximum capacity is 8 adults and 2 children. Two of the rooms also feature bunk beds, so mobility should also be considered.
