On a holiday resort in the Dorset countryside, this home is tailor-made for a memorable break with family or friends. The large terrace overlooks the lawn down to your private jetty on the lakeside, which offers opportunities for watersports. There's also a large alfresco dining area with a barbecue – though the prospect of freshly-cooked pizza at the seasonal pizza shack might be hard to ignore. If you feel like a bit of pampering, head to the spa, or explore your surroundings with a bike ride. While there's more than enough to entertain you at the resort, it's just a twenty-minute drive to the beach at Lulworth Cove.

*This home is best suited to a maximum of 11 adults and 2 children.
*Some nearby properties are still undergoing construction – expect to see machinery and workers in the area from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
*As this home is located on a holiday park, with houses close by, it may not suit those seeking a secluded escape.
*Two of the bedrooms can be made up with one superking bed or two single beds.
*You'll have access to the heated outdoor pool, gym, tennis court, table tennis, private beach, woodland walks, playgrounds, fishing lake, and onsite bar here. They're shared with the estate's other guests. Two spa passes will also be provided on check-in.
*The hire of bikes and water equipment like paddle boards, kayaks and canoes is included with your stay, subject to availability.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's private parking available for up to four cars.
