File Apartment 5

We really liked the house, the apartment, the location, and the pool. However, the amenities were very basic. There was really only the bare essentials. No toaster, no coffee maker, just one wine glass, no corkscrew, no small bowls for salad or yogurt, etc. Not a single coat hook, either in the living room or the bathroom, for hanging towels. It was all pretty unloved. You could certainly manage, but it could have been improved considerably.

Beautiful surroundings and close to the sea. The owners were very nice and helpful.

The hosts were extremely friendly. The accommodation was very nice. We particularly liked the central location near the beach. Still very quiet with a view of a forest and a great pool at the house. We are 100 percent satisfied and will definitely be back.

The apartment is absolutely quiet near a forest, the terrace of our apartment was large and equipped with umbrellas, loungers and chairs. The pool was clean. The premises were clean. Unfortunately, the bedroom was very small and there was no coffee maker available. The landlords were very friendly and helpful.

The only drawback to the accommodation is the poor WiFi (internet)!

We were very lucky with the accommodation. The location was very quiet, but we were quickly at the sea. The pool was maintained very regularly and the complex/apartments were very clean. The landlords are super friendly

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean. There were nasty stains on the bathroom walls and the shower curtain looked like it was never washed. The kitchen and its equipment is a joke. The cutlery and pots/pans were dirty and there wasn't even a kettle...towels weren't even changed. The house rules were ignored. Other tenants were constantly so loud that one could not sleep. The only positive... The landlady was a warm person.

The facility met our expectations in 100%. The last one is by the forest on a dead end street. Clean, calm, quiet, complete relaxation. Ample parking. Clean pool. Owners very helpful. Beach, mini bar and bakery a few minutes from the apartment. Several good restaurants with delicious Croatian cuisine. A large sports complex a few kilometers from Zambratija. Our children took windsurfing lessons. I recommend taking your bikes. There are beautiful bike routes. I would highly recommend. We will also go next year.

The house consists of 6 apartments. The owners also live in the house. They are totally friendly and helpful. Everything that was needed was available in the apartment. The pool is an argument for renting the apartment, but so is the short walk to the beach. Everything that is needed is there in Zambratija. A small bakery, ice cream parlor, various restaurants and even a natural sandy beach.

Room and pool very clean, very nice owner, shopping about 5km away (XXX, XXX). Very nice beaches, also sandy (10min walk away).

The stay at the facility exceeded our expectations.
