Some of the furnishings are very old, the couch is in dire need of replacing. The equipment, however, is exemplary, everything you need is there! The location is absolutely quiet, but also far away from the hustle and bustle! It's at least 45 minutes to the beach.

Beautiful large property, far away from mass tourism. Highly recommended for peace and relaxation. Beautiful pool and plenty of space to lie down. An outside toilet completes the deal. The area is not completely fenced off, however. Escaped pets can also escape. The interior is not well maintained. The couch is saggy, towel racks and shower heads are hanging down, cupboards are incorrectly assembled. The fitness equipment is just a weight bench. The outbuilding is not usable.

There is even a dishwasher outside in the barbecue area. Very good service from the landlord, towels were changed on request. The pool only has very minor defects. The water was clean. 2 additional new loungers were at the pool. We brought our own pool cushions as there are none in the holiday home. The kitchenette is very small, but sufficient. The couch is very small and actually saggy. All windows have fly screens. The outdoor area was very well maintained.

Excellent property! Nicely renovated and everything was clean and tidy. Very friendly owner and family! Contact went without any problems. Location is perfect because it is centrally located in Istria, so everything can be reached quickly. Highly recommended to have a wonderful holiday! In any case, we enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful holiday! Highly recommended! To the landlord: Keep it up and you'll be fine!

This house is located in a small village and is perfect for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. The landlords were very nice and the contact was easy. We felt very comfortable there. If you want to immerse yourself in tourist life, you can quickly reach everything in Istria from there.

The holiday home Mila is located in a village with around 20 houses. The house has been nicely renovated, everything is clean and in good condition. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. The nearest shop and restaurant is in Zminj, about 7-8 kilometers away.
