Villa Dolores, just outside the Pazin town, is a spacious property ideal for big parties with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (400 m2 interior space). This beautiful restored old stone house is completely private and peaceful. The big swimming pool and large outside covered terrace are surrounded by meadows and woods. The villa plot is large (8000 m2) and there are no neighbors overlooking the property. You will find the house to have a lot of character and take home wonderful memories. The entire Istrian peninsula with is coastal towns is within a short drive. Good places to eat and interesting things to see, like the 1000 y.o. town of Pazin, are doted all around. Bicycles are available for rent.

Pazin is a 1000 y.o. Town and the centre of the Istria county. It sits on top of a large cave, a natural phenomena. Above the cave there is a medieval fortress which hosts a museum. All around there are doted small medieval little towns with very good value and excellent food and drink. The coast and the entire Istria peninsula is within a 30 min drive.Grocery shop, etc… Are 5 min from the villa.
