Villa Frankovići

The villa is spacious and modernly furnished with all the essentials for everyday use. The tranquility, the large garden with a beautiful pool, and the terrace with a view of nature were excellent. There was one minor drawback, however: the access to the house is very bumpy and narrow. It's also not lit, and after heavy rain, it's littered with stones and gravel. We made the best of it. The distances to shopping and dining are longer than indicated and depend on the car.

The holiday home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the downstairs bedroom doesn't have air conditioning. The pool (approx. 1.45 m deep) is great, but unfortunately cold and not entirely safe with small children. Apart from the occasional barking of a dog, this is the place for anyone who wants peace and quiet. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, and Porec is about 30 minutes away by car. The landlord is friendly and helpful, but only speaks English. We can definitely recommend the house.

Excellent cleanliness, modern house in very good condition. Friendly owner. Only downsides the pool was very cold and a lot of dogs barking at night so impossible to sleep with the window open but the house has air conditioning. If you have young children, the pool is not secure. To recommend.
