We stayed at the holiday home as a family with our almost 2-year-old daughter. We enjoyed a lovely and relaxing time. The surrounding area is beautiful, and everything (beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) is within a few minutes' drive. The landlord and his family are very friendly and accommodating. You hardly notice the landlord at all, and we even had exclusive use of the pool.

We stayed in the holiday home as a family with a 5-year-old child. The surroundings are fantastic; we especially liked Labin's old town. All the surrounding beaches are within 10-20 minutes' drive. The house is clean and very well equipped. What we didn't like was that the owners (who are very friendly) live right next door and often wander around the pool checking that everything was in order; this did intrude on our privacy.

Beautiful house with a great pool and very friendly landlords. Well-kept garden and pool. The house is well equipped, even if the furnishings are a bit dated. A toaster and maybe a couple of cereal bowls in the kitchen would be an advantage. Very friendly landlords, always approachable. We were treated to pancakes, fresh eggs from their own chickens and small, delicious pastries. We would come back anytime.

Super friendly landlords. The house has everything you need for your vacation. A small welcome gift made the arrival even more pleasant. Very nice private pool that was very well maintained. There was also a smart TV in every bedroom and in the living room. Here it was possible to stream Disney+, Prime or Netflix with your own account. There is a grill outside and a seating area in front of it. Beautiful bays can be reached quickly by car.

Very nice landlord, always helpful. The house has everything you need. It is not far to the next town and some beaches. There were also nice welcome gifts and home-made and lavender sachets to say goodbye. Clear recommendation!

The landlord of the accommodation not only lives on the property, but right next door. Since both terraces are right next to each other, it got a little louder in the meantime, because he was constantly visiting.
