presence of cockroaches uncomfortable beds and sheets no air conditioning in downstairs living area as stated in contract vermin in cushions of large sofa on upper floor. no vacuum cleaner found Swimming pool only cleaned after telephone contact with Interhome Calpe In general: POORLY maintained villa.

We were happy with our accommodation. Partly a lack of crockery, some things weren't quite stable and the dishwasher didn't work 100%. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised by the house inside and out. Accordingly, I would recommend renewing the pictures on the website. Especially the outdoor area by the pool and the roof terrace were our favorite places. There were eight of us and there was definitely enough space.

A great villa for large groups. It has two kitchens that make living together a lot easier. The exterior is very spacious and has shadows for very hot days. The pool to bathe all together is a bit small, but it is very comfortable. The interior of the house is great, there is air conditioning in all rooms, a good living room, a lot of kitchenware ... perfect !! The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Swimming pool much too small for a villa for 12 people suitable just for a family of 4 people. The circuit breaker trips every day once you turn on the air conditioning. Too bad the interior, especially on the first floor, is dated. A great touch of modernity would be welcome considering the price of the week.
