We have been renting in this residence for about ten years, we have noticed the efforts you have made since your company took over the rental of this place I think it would be advisable to consider a restoration of the swimming pool because over time tiles tend to come loose where they have already gone

Superb accommodation for up to 4 or possibly 5 residents. The pool is shared with a few other households. You need a car if you're going to live here because it's about a 25-minute walk to the center. There is no grocery store nearby, but 2 restaurants are within walking distance.

A bit old, doors are jammed, kitchen equipment is just about OK - sink badly worn, spiral staircase bottom step wobbly but we have felt comfortable there for years
