Agency attentive and available to customers. Delighted with our rental in Calp, everything was in order, a real pleasure where we spent 2 weeks of real vacation.

We were a little apprehensive when we arrived, not knowing which house we were going to come across. It quickly dissipated! The house was clean, well equipped, 800m from the beach on foot, the enclosed garden not overlooked with a beautiful swimming pool and we had a sea view. albir (The Alfa of Pi). Acceptance of credit card by the Sunshine agency would be a plus.

Nice discovery this typical Spanish house is suitable for 4 people. You can enjoy the sun or shaded places depending on your mood. This house is certainly a little outdated but very pleasant just 2.3 km from the beautiful beach of La Fossa and with a private swimming pool!

Cleaning is purely cosmetic. Upon arrival we found the kitchen dirty, with grease even on the doors of the cabinets adjacent to the stove, even with ants, when I called referring to the matter, they urged me to wait saying that they would send the girl who does the cleaning, to which I refused since it would mean wasting the whole afternoon between waiting and cleaning. We clean what we use, countertops, stoves, dishes, etc., since we also pay for cleaning.

We were very disappointed with this rental, the exterior is very pretty, but the interior is very small, it is an annex of a house with unbearable smells coming from the bathroom. We spent the week outside, inside we only used to sleep and again

Nice villa But no air conditioning so it is very very hot inside. the Spanish agency ... in charge of the rental does not manage things well in addition to having a very unpleasant welcome. The rental was dirty we had to clean and disinfect ourselves when we arrived. We were disturbed several times during our stay due to multiple repairs.

The house was very good and complied with everything that appears in the description. To make a comment, the house was not in Calpe but in L'Alfas del Pi.

Accommodation in good condition! Except for the leaking drain in the bathroom sink, a small yoghurt glass under the siphon should catch the dripping washing water!? well But otherwise no complaints was OK!

Peter's house is fantastic!!! It is fully equipped, it has all the spaces very well distributed and organized, to be comfortable in any part of the rooms. It has a very practical balcony from which you constantly watch the pool. The kitchen is also very convenient and comfortable since it has all the necessary accessories to cook.... in short, I would repeat without a doubt at the Peter house.

House was equipped with the essentials and clean. We booked a house in the Calpe area and unfortunately got a house near Benidorm (30-45min to Calpe). Otherwise the cation calculation was very special and 20€ were deducted because the key return location was not announced.

1. We hadn't booked the place! 2. Got a villa that was fantastic. 3. Picking up the key was a bit difficult because the so-called office was not properly signposted...

Location of the house great! Detached and not visible. Furnishings top. Disadvantage: the kitchen is inside and has no window, you can live with it. Would book again anytime! If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you!
