Beautiful, comfortable villa "La Danza", 350 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Massa Martana, 17 km from the centre of Todi, in a sunny position. Private: park 2 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 60 km. Nearby attractions: Bevagna 24 km, Spello 30 km, Spoleto 34 km, Assisi 40 km, Perugia 50 km, Orvieto 52 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Residence with electric gates. The house has CCTV cameras. Next the pool there is a wooden annex with shower / wc, external loggia and a room that can be used as a playroom for children.

Magnificent villa on the heights of Massa Martana, the house is large and well equipped, consistent with the photographs. Magnificent swimming pool, unforgettable sunsets. Easy communication with the owners.

Had a great two weeks in La Danza! A beautiful house and a fantastic pool. With one family (5p) in a house for 10, so we had plenty of space. So we didn't use the top floor. A panoramic view from the living room, fairly close to a quiet village. Every morning to the local bakery and afterwards a nice cappucino in Massa Martana. The owner and his son are easily accessible for any questions you may have and will solve it for you immediately.

If you are looking for a holiday in a dreamlike environment, combined with luxury, an enormous amount of space, loving details and absolute peace, this is the right place for you! We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful country estate. The house is super roomy, the pool gigantic, and the views are epic. It's private and secluded, and was just perfect for our multi-generational family get-together. A big plus is the host, who was professional to work with, responsive with questions small or large, and provided great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, or shops. beautiful house and accessories, the owner is a very nice gentleman and lady who had taken their granddaughter with them as they speak very fluent English. we never return to the same house twice, but this one could change that.

Very spacious holiday home with all comforts in a quiet location: air conditioning, bbq, spacious terrace with exceptional panorama and view of Todi, 2 fridges, well-equipped kitchen, ... Beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi, large garden with fruit trees (peaches, nectarines, limes, ..) The owners are extremely friendly. Small comments were immediately responded to. The villa is only a few km away from the village with a nice inn, nice restaurants and a small supermarket.
