Our holiday trip was timed during a bad heat period. We chose this otherwise wonderful accommodation by accident and we didn't notice that there was no air conditioning. Now it was too difficult to be without air conditioning. The nights were really hot and the bad nights of sleep affected the whole holiday. I recommend the place when the temperature is reasonable.

Really great place to stay. Gated complex of 3 different accommodations. Old stone building with character. Plenty of room for 6 Lovely pool Warm welcome on arrival. Perfect location to visit Tuscany attractions. San miniato itself is a nice little town with all you need. Only criticism, dont forget mosquito nets! Lol
