We spent two weeks in the Princip apartment. New furniture in the apartment, on the terrace and swimming pool, new kitchen furniture and equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all tableware and necessary cooking utensils. The apartment is clean, without any traces of moisture. Very comfortable apartment for 5 people, due to 2 bedrooms. Amazing view from the windows and terrace. The place is located off the beaten path, a car is necessary. In my opinion, the place is not suitable for small children. We recommend and warmly greet you. We will come back :)

This was our third time staying at the accommodation. In the meantime, the kitchen has been renovated and a new patio seating area with a parasol has been purchased. The kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive. The pool was also cleaned during our stay and the water was not yet clear during our stay. The view is fantastic and we felt comfortable.

The accommodation is in good condition, modernly furnished and clean. The kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive for our taste. The view from the terrace over the bay of Rabac is fantastic at (almost) any time of the day or night. The pool is small but clean.

This is my next stay at Princip. Perfect location. Mrs. Oa and the late PF are extremely open and friendly, and at the same time discreet people. Purely. Despite the adjoining apartments, I had a sense of intimacy. I recommend.

The apartment was as described, but: - We took it over dirty with cobwebs - It was not possible to get a parasol, despite the existing parasol stand - The floor of the children's room was covered with ants - Directly below our terrace was a septic tank, the smell of which was sometimes strong - The pool was not cleaned of leaves and rubbish - The outdoor area / the environment was completely neglected and was littered with rubbish - etc....
