The owners, L. and S., are an elderly, very amiable, friendly, and helpful couple who were always available to offer advice and assistance. The accommodation is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the beach (it's not crowded), and it's a great starting point for bike rides. Wi-Fi isn't available everywhere. The pool isn't free to use and could cause noise disturbances during peak season. It's only a few minutes' bike ride to the center of Umag.

Nice house, intimate. Owners on site, but on the other hand. Very nice people. Full holiday equipment in the house, wifi. Next to it on the property there is a swimming pool, which you could use at will. Private sunbeds by the pool. Peace and quiet. An ideal place for a family vacation. I recommend!

Very nice landlords, everything is spacious and there is plenty of room. Pool is very well maintained. Location is ideal, less than 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach - but also quite close to a busy road. Furnishings are a bit old. Don't forget mosquito repellent...
