The Croatian villa, just ten minutes from the beach, is the perfect holiday spot for groups or families. There's a pool in the garden, lined with sun loungers, so you can catch some rays or take a dip to cool off. You'll also find a terrace with a dining table and barbecue out here – both will do nicely for long, alfresco lunches. From here, you're a ten-minute drive from the beaches of Mareda, and a five-minute drive from the picturesque coastal town of Novigrad where you'll find restaurants, bars, and a marina for sunset strolls.

*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
