We had a wonderful week's vacation. The accommodation was clean and nice. Unfortunately, we were missing a few duvets and an oven (for bread rolls). The landlady was very unfriendly! She didn't say anything about the apartment or the surrounding area. The only words were "Hello," "Passport," and "Deposit."

We spent two weeks in this lovely holiday apartment in July. Upon arrival, we received the code for the key box by phone. The apartment is extremely clean, everything we needed was there, and the location is great. The ground-floor apartment doesn't have a sea view, but it does have a lovely terrace. The parking space on the property is large enough for three cars (three apartments in the building). Two great beaches are a 5-10-minute drive from the apartment.

A very clean apartment (Marinella LBN 122). We had everything we needed if we wanted to find peace and quiet. The landlady M. was a very nice, courteous person who was always available if we needed anything. We can recommend this accommodation at any time. We would be happy to come back. J.

Beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment; new or as good as new furniture, fly screens and shutters on all windows (!), well and generously equipped kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. Very quiet location, the nearby road is only moderately busy even in high summer. It is possible to walk to the bathing bay, but it is only uphill back. The sea view from the ground floor is only limited. The town of Labin is pleasant and worth seeing.

Pleasantly quiet, secluded location with a quick walk to the beach and the old town of Labin. Very clean! Friendly service from the owners. Shady place for breakfast, nice view.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is a bit far from the beach, only accessible by car. But otherwise everything was very good. The sea view was amazing, everything was clean and working well. Recommended!
