The holiday home met our expectations 100%, the on-site support was very nice and helpful, everything was there (apart from the somewhat sparsely equipped kitchen utensils), even the things mentioned as missing in various reviews (German TV, seat cushions, parasol, ...) worked or were there. There were minor signs of wear but not disturbing and could be fixed with a drop of oil or €2 for a new shower hose.

The property was a new build 5 years ago. But you have to look after a newly built house and not just live in it. Outside there was no proper parasol for at least 4 people. There were no seat cushions for the chairs on the terrace. The crockery and cutlery were very sparse. Mosquito nets over the beds would have been very useful. Unfortunately there was no German television either... and that was during the European Championships.

Very well maintained, as good as new, nice pool, great care by the German-speaking / German property management very nice beaches in the vicinity (7 to 12 km) unfortunately located a little outside of Lubin The address in the booking confirmation is not correct, with the navigation system alone you would have The house was not found (previously searched and found on Google-earth) No German-speaking television (but we didn't need it because of WLAN, many excursions and going out in the evening)
