Cozy house, corresponds to the pictures. Handing over the keys was uncomplicated, very nice landlady. There is a small supermarket nearby, and it is about 10 minutes by car to the center of Novigrad. We felt very comfortable

The house is furnished to a very high standard and is bright and inviting. Everything you need is there. It is only a few steps to the sea. The pool and the outdoor area are well maintained. Only the cushions and pads for the outdoor dimensions are very dirty and worn. When the neighboring houses are occupied, it can get louder (loud music, children having fun at the pool). The residential area is currently being expanded, so construction noise is to be expected. Providers are easily accessible.

Positive - private pool - house is quiet - nice house with space for kids. Negative: - Jaquzzi didn't work the first week - 1/4 air conditioning didn't work - holes in the wall - cables lay freely out of the wall without a connection
