You couldn't use the pool because it was totally dirty and all the loungers were torn so you could only sit at the table if you had found one that was OK

The pool was not maintained. The water was green and was not cleaned. The kitchen equipment was inadequate. Not enough crockery and cutlery. Cooking pot without handles. No colander (and that in Italy!!!) No bowls.

Very nice view, very warm welcome, very pleasant swimming pool, owner and his dog Black are adorable. Very good value for money.

Unfortunately, the owner's dog is not compatible with other dogs. The landlord immediately complied with the request not to let the dog run around freely. Very nice landlord, a real local with his own olive groves.

Great and very friendly host. Absolutely independent and free accommodation for self-catering. Lots of opportunities for cultural sightseeing. Home-made wine 1a, as well as the olive oil

Very nice house with lots of space. The view is amazing and the location is very nice. The property is beautiful and it's great to spend time outside. Perfect for a round trip, since everything is about 1 hour away (sea, cities). But a car is a must. There are many ways to spend time on site. The host is very friendly and always available. We would definitely come again! We recommend!

Spent three lovely days there. The owner is super nice. The location is great with beautiful views. We felt comfortable there and would come again.

The location of the villa alone is breathtaking: on the mountainside, there is always a cooling breeze, even in the heat! The swimming pool offers additional cooling, it is large, clean water and well maintained! The rooms are simply and functionally furnished and clean. An experience is the landlord: At 80 years (2018) a soul of man! Generous, relaxed, speaks excellent German and helps where he can... God grant that he may live a long time. He makes excellent wine himself, at the beginning you get a bottle for free, but you can then for 5 EURO! buy from him endlessly! Anyone who likes red wine will love XXX wine!! Just as excellent is its biologically ecological (HE does not use any pesticides) olive oil! At the end of our two week stay with XXX XXX - and his dog Black! - took home a 5l canister of oil and 12 bottles of wine, it's worth it! The pearls of Tuscany such as San Gimignano, Florence, Vinci, Collodi (Pinoccio Park! Very worthwhile with children), Montecatini Therme, Volterra, etc. all nearby. The only criticism: bad WLAN, there is only one corner of the house, but maybe that will change, and vacation from the Internet is sometimes good :-) :-) :-) Conclusion: For a pure Toscana feeling, highly recommended!

We were very pleased with the holiday accommodation. It is in a quiet area. Very nice landlord, accommodating. Here we book again!
