The house is beautifully situated on a hill. The outside of the house needs a bit of renovation. The rooms are very nice and everything is very clean.

Great house for a large group. Everything is neat and clean. Spacious garden. Neat pool that was maintained every day. The only critical point was that not all showers gave good water. 1 shower only came out a few jets. Kitchen fine. 2 refrigerators and plenty of crockery. Praying were fine. We have spent 5 very nice days with our group of friends. Owner friendly!!

We spent an unforgettable week at Villa Beboli. You feel comfortable from the first moment! Each room has its own character, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and the bathrooms are all very nice. Huge garden with seating, BBQ and beautiful pool. This place is perfect for relaxing!!!

Unfortunately, we had to find out that some of the things you listed in your description weren't available: Ground floor only 1 x shower with bidet: Upper floor only 3 x showers with bidet: Free WiFi not available at all. The outward appearance of the ii deceives its image with reality. the house could use some paint on the outside:

The villa was typically Tuscan, just what we expected . The only real criticism is no aircon as August nights were hot. Also there was no kettle so we had to use a saucepan, maybe its a British expectation!! You can walk into the village within 10 minutes, first part is a gravel track then when reaching the road there is a pathway. We had a great holiday.
