It was a nice house, only there are still some things missing. The drinking glasses/tea/coffee cups and cutlery could be better. Too little. Not really clean (including shower cabin) A thorough annual maintenance would not be a bad idea. Once had problems with the geyser, no hot water. Was fixed immediately. You (owner) did everything to fix this.

Our expectations were exceeded! Landlord very friendly, courteous and helpful. Large house in a beautiful scenic location, spacious private outdoor area with a wonderful view, own beautiful barbecue area. Beautiful pool, daily cleaning, consistently refreshing water temperature. Distance to small shops, fruit and vegetables, brewery, restaurant within walking distance. If you like, you can buy wine from the landlord's own winery.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Gelsomini, which, apart from a few kitchen utensils (e.g. a decent chopping board), had everything you needed for a comfortable holiday with friends. The accommodation is down to earth and in a great location for day trips to Siena, Florence; Montepulciano or Arezzo to do. Only the WiFi left something to be desired. But that doesn't really matter that much when you're on vacation.
