Set atop a hill in the Tuscan countryside, this villa blends old-world charm with modern convenience. Featuring a fenced garden and tonnes of space to play around, it's perfect for families with kids and a four-legged friend. Not to mention the sprawling swimming pool – ideal for cooling off, given that this home doesn't have air conditioning. With the Chianti region close by, and lots of other little villages and larger cities just a short drive away, this is a great base for those hoping to discover all this region has to offer.

Home truths:
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 30th September. It isn't fenced – if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to six cars on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide one cot and two high chairs for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*On request, one well-behaved pet is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*The two single beds can be joined to create one double bed on request.
*There is no air conditioning in this property.
