The house was very clean and the hosts very friendly, simply wonderful...

Great house: very clean, air conditioning throughout, modern furnishings. The outdoor area is also very well maintained, with a fantastic pool. The owners are super friendly – and every request is no problem. A very good restaurant is a 7-minute walk away. Location: Kringa is right there, 25 minutes from the sea. We loved the location because you can reach almost everything in Istria from here in 60 minutes. Beautiful sea, lovely towns, and secluded mountains for hiking – TOP!

Very nice and helpful landlord couple; very quiet location with good transport links; centrally located – anywhere about a 20-30 minute drive away; great pool with powerful water jets; fully fenced property – so no danger for the little ones; modern DAN kitchen with everything you need; two good restaurants for dining are about a 10-minute drive away; well-maintained lawn; everything very clean!

We couldn't have found a better place for our first three-generation vacation. The house leaves nothing to be desired. We especially enjoyed the large, secluded grounds with a pool, trees (the cherries were delicious!), and large lawn. Add to that the rural tranquility and the wonderful hosts, Ja. and ., which were the reason we booked for next year during our stay.

Holiday home Villa Coriticum otium Very beautiful and well-kept property away from the hustle and bustle offers peace and relaxation. Four separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and toilet, offer enough privacy. Fully equipped and very clean kitchen. The only restriction: due to the freely accessible pool, the holiday home is rather unfavorable for families with very small (non-swimmer) children.
