Perched on the banks of a lake, this villa feels like a private resort. The vibe here is contemporary cool with airy, open-plan spaces designed to bring the outside in. The garden unfolds across two levels: one features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, lounge area, and a private pool with an in-built hot tub, while the lower lawn leads to the water’s edge, complete with loungers and a firepit made for starlit evening drinks. The location is spot on too: you’re just ten minutes from the golden sands of Sunny Isles Beach and twenty from Midtown and the airport.

*If you would like the pool to be heated, you will need to request it 48 hours before arrival.
*Parties and gatherings are not permitted here.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking in a private garage.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair and room darkening shades as well as a selection of children's books and toys. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The villa is regularly treated for insects, though given the subtropical climate you may spot a few during your stay. We recommend keeping doors closed.
