There's much to admire about this stylish modern villa, which strikes a good balance between interior comfort and outdoor sanctuary. The living room, dining area and kitchen flow into one another effortlessly – there's even room for a pool table, though competitive noise may disturb the neighbouring bedroom. There's room for ten across the home's four bedrooms, all of which have Smart TVs and two of which offer private bathrooms. Outside, the pool area is fun and inviting, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers for basking in the Miami sun. There's also a covered terrace next to the grill, perfect for cookouts, while the neighbourhood of Aventura is home to plenty of popular restaurants.
