Whatever brings you to Gainesville and the University of Florida, this pleasantly large one bedroom apartment makes for an ideal base. Found within a bustling block one mile south of campus, the home offers more comfort and privacy than a typical studio, with a separate bedroom, bathroom and utility room all connecting with the bright and fluid living room, kitchen and dining area. You'll also have shared access to the block's amenities, which include a heated pool, a well equipped gym, and a communal lounge for networking and socialising. The university is a twenty five minute walk away, or a five minute drive if you're running late for class.

*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same – though please note not all bedrooms have a TV.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You'll have access to the swimming pool (available all year round from 10am to 7pm), on-site gym and lounge here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
