You'll find this apartment in Gainesville, less than a mile from The University of Florida, The Swamp, and the O-Dome. Cool off in the shared pool, get competitive in the communal games room, or break a sweat in the building's fitness area. There's a private balcony ideal for morning coffees as well as a contemporary living space with all the essentials. Just note that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. We think it's a fuss-free base to discover the city's shops, eateries, and parks.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*You’ll have access to the building’s pool, games room, patio, and fitness area. They’re shared with other guests. The pool is heated daily between 10am and 7pm, all year round.
*The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.

*Some guests mentioned that they could hear cars on the street at night. We suggest packing a pair of earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
