Set directly on Northstar’s Home Run Trail, this is as close to true ski-in/ski-out as it gets. Step outside, clip in, and you’re on the mountain in minutes – then ski straight back for lunch or a soak in the private hot tub. Inside, practical touches include ski storage, a boot dryer and flexible sleeping across four bedrooms, including two primary suites. You’ll also have access to the nearby Tree House amenity complex, with a heated pool, fitness centre, games room and seasonal door-to-door ski shuttle. Dog-friendly, calm and mid-mountain, this hideaway is best suited to families or groups focused on slope time and downtime, rather than nightlife.

*The home sleeps up to eight guests at any time (children under twelve don’t count towards this total).
*The lead guest must be 25 or over.
*Parking is available for up to four cars. Street parking isn’t permitted year-round.
*Quiet hours are 9pm – 8am, every day – this is a residential area, and the rules are enforced.
*Outdoor firepits and fireplaces can’t be used, even if shown in photos, due to local wildfire regulations.
*Barbecues and outdoor furniture are seasonal and weather-dependent, so we can’t guarantee availability.
*Although the home comes with wi-fi, the internet speed in the mountains will be slower than in an urban setting.
*There is no air conditioning available at this home.
