This newly remodelled home has been built to make the most of the glorious Los Angelean climate. In the private garden space surrounded by picturesque palm trees, guests can pass afternoons paddling about in the heated saltwater pool, playing basketball and grilling up a storm on the barbecue. Then, when evening comes around, a session in the hot tub beckons, followed by a seat around the firepit. While the exterior steals the show, the inside of this home is pretty impressive, too. The marble bathrooms, a spiral staircase and a huge kitchen that will make any keen chef happy are just a few highlights. Although you're certainly not short of entertainment options, there's a lot of exciting things to be discovered in the local area. Universal Studios Hollywood, for example, is ten minutes' drive away, as is the Hollywood Bowl in case you want to catch a show.

*Pets are allowed, although they need to be approved by the host beforehand and will incur an additional fee
*There's space to park on the driveway and on the street outside
*The host requests that no noise be made outside after 9pm
*The host is also open to the possibility of small events or shoots, but these need to be run by them beforehand
