*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is on-site parking for up to four cars at this home, with two spaces on the driveway and two in the garage. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
*The main guest must be aged 25 or over.
*The maximum occupancy of this home is ten guests. This does not include children under the age of 12.
*The use of any outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited due to wildfire risk.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
