The house was very nice and very clean. We lacked nothing. All appliances, such as the coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, electric grill in the outdoor kitchen, air fryer, etc., were in very good condition and everything was available. The terrace and the pool with loungers were very spacious and very clean. The owners are very friendly, nice, and always available, helping in any situation. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful house with very friendly owners. A baby cot was also provided. Beautifully landscaped grounds ideal for three people and a dog. Well located and very central in Istria.

A large fenced property, which was great for our dog. Very well-kept pool and garden. Also a very clean house and terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed for a vacation. Small outdoor kitchen also available. Lots of comfortable seating on the terrace. Super friendly and helpful landlords. Very uncomplicated communication in English or via WhatsApp. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it in Villa Ulika in Stifanici.
