Top-notch, luxury for a vacation apartment with high-quality floors, high-quality furniture, first-class beds (mattresses), and excellent maintenance. Two toilets, a very large bathroom, terrace, saltwater pool, mosquito nets everywhere, and covered parking! The landlords were extremely nice; they even treated us to homemade cakes on several occasions. We even got a free pass for the nearby Kanegra resort, so we could park our car there and swim in the picturesque bay. We'd go back again, but only there!

The holiday home fully met my expectations, the hosts were very friendly and looked after their guests very well. The holiday apartment is very spacious, functionally furnished and always clean. The surrounding area is easy to reach from there.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It doesn't have a German TV and unfortunately the dishes are very limited. So you have to run the dishwasher half empty or wash it by hand. A pool is currently being built and should be finished in 2025.

Great accommodation at a great price and a friendly host. Also very child-friendly.

Unfortunately only about 1 week there 3 balconies great service when looking for an address the day before, already received the key, so arrival was possible at 11:00 a.m. because the shower was empty beforehand, despite the strong jet, completely sealed. Not a drop on the floor

Super house with 2 great apartments including air conditioning away from Umag, but still in a great location. Own property with 2 carport parking spaces and extremely nice landlords. 3-5 minutes drive from the center.

Spacious, nice and very clean apartment. Owners are a sweet couple, who do their very best to make you feel at home. (Living in the lower apartment) After a week, the bath and bed linen is changed and the apartment is cleaned. Had a wonderful 14 days!

A very large and comfortable, modernly furnished apartment. The owners were very nice and very obliging. We drove to the beach about 5 minutes in the vicinity of Umag, a very large number of possibilities when it comes to sunbathing.

Booking this apartment was a real stroke of luck. I stayed in the apartment with my 4 children (11-15). Perfect location. Super clean. Extremely spacious. Extremely friendly, helpful and lovable hosts (given us important and useful tips and surprised us with small gifts) Exceeded all expectations. Just perfect! Appearance of the apartment exactly as in the pictures. Everything very clean and well-kept. Large living room, great eat-in kitchen, huge bathroom, great wood grill on the terrace, beautiful garden & sheltered driveway - perfect for the children to play. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the sea, depending on which beach you choose. Landlord extremely friendly, always helpful and always available. We'll be back for sure!
