The Stable Block and Morton House are 2 individual holiday properties in the market town of Masham – gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.  They can be rented separately or together for groups and extended families.

THE STABLE BLOCK

Very popular with our older guests the 3brm Stable Block opens to the walled courtyard garden and is suited to those with limited mobility.  The ground floor is all one level, no steps in here – you have the open plan living/kitchen/diner with comfy sofa, dining table to seat 6 and full kitchen.  There is also the flat screen TV with SKY package, movies and sports.  The ground floor double bedroom has patio doors opening to the garden and an en-suite shower room.  There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.  Upstairs are a further 2 bedrooms under the beamed ceiling– one with a king bed the other with a single bed and additional pull-out for a 6^th guest.  These two bedrooms share the use of the upstairs shower room. 

Due to the Covid pandemic we have split the garden with attractive planter trellising and each property has its own separate entrance, being each a fully self-contained property.  Please see the floor plan to understand how the properties are attached. 

The properties are rented separately and together for larger groups.  Pets are considered when one group is taking the entire property.  Open all year.  Weekly bookings in holiday periods.
