The property has a lovely walk along the side of the river Esk and the railway you may even get a glimpse of a steam train passing by.

Parking: Steep stone drive for two cars and two additional cars can park on the grass.
Access: Access to this property is by car down Water Lane. Water Lane is an unadopted lane which also serves as a natural spring run off and can often be under water, the depth varying throughout the seasons. Guest should be aware that the approach is uneven in places and lane can be quite swollen after periods of heavy rain, this does not impede the use of a car to reach the property.
