Functional and clean apartment. Narrow parking space. A bit far from the beach. Count 15 to 20 minutes of walking. Close to shops and the port. Calm.

The cleanliness in the apartment left a lot to be desired...(in the corners and in the shower it wasn't clean) The trash cans were sticky and the sofa was worn...

Charming, pleasant and functional little apartment located in a magnificent corner of Port Leucate. We appreciated the proximity to the beach, the port and the shops, but also the setting and the superb view offered by the apartment. The subdivision is quiet well served clean and more than pleasant. 2 downsides 1/The parking space allocated to the apartment is a bit tight for a family car. 2/The cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived. I was surprised to find hair on the hob, the dirty shower, the cover of the sofa bed full of crumbs and others!!!! The floor is not very clean either.
