Insufficient cleanliness upon entering the premises. Defective cast iron electric plate, requiring intervention upon our arrival. Water leak in the toilet noticed two days after installation. Bathroom: shower area with mold and dirty, no light point, and no electrical outlet in this room. Very limited general lighting: only two unstable floor lamps and one bedside lamp for the entire accommodation. Persistent musty smell
