Apartment in its original state, poorly equipped, work would be needed, especially in the bathroom, but it remains suitable and above all it is very well located 50 meters from the beach and 5 minutes from the marina on foot where you can find the market, caterers, restaurant and shops. The plus is the swimming pool in the residence.

Apartment well located but not in very good condition, the owner must make investments in refreshing the premises and especially the furniture.

Dilapidated and broken furniture (commode drawer, drying rack out of order, broken bedside table, fridge without light, non-existent freezer door, lock on the front door that hangs, padlock on the parking lot rusted so hard to close) Bathroom not functional, no storage, useless bidet , bath fittings to be reviewed
