The apartment was very good, with two huge terraces and quite well equipped. Regarding the service, it was perfect. There were problems with the payment, on the part of my bank, and SM, from the Calpe office, was very attentive in informing me of my lack of knowledge and avoiding the disaster. Very well done to her and her service.

Very clean apartment and residence. There is everything you need to live well in this apartment (no air conditioning but provided for in the contract). Only downside no WIFI when it is provided for in the contract (no box present therefore no connection found and thus the codes given are useless). Repair the window of one of the bathrooms which is blocked in the closed position.

We spent a week in the Topacio I apartment, the stay went very well because proximity to the beach + the swimming pool makes these assets. In addition there is a parking space. The sandy beach is great if you have small children. The apartment is very good, it is crossing with 2 huge terraces. There are just 2 negative points the noise from the corridors that can be heard and the mattress of the double bed to be changed. But next year I will book it again.

The apartment is very good, spacious and clean, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. Well equipped kitchen with many utensils although with gas stove instead of vitro. On the terrace of the living room the sun shines at noon and the awning cannot be used because it is padlocked. We can't connect to Wi-Fi. The television does not have Spanish channels. Uncomfortable sofa. Quiet urbanization. With parking. Direct exit to the promenade. The pool water quite cold from the morning sun
