"Despacito", 4-room house 155 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. The house needs renovation. Many things are broken. The window in one room is broken. If you try to open it, it falls on you. The pipes are broken, and the power goes out two or three times a day. The door lock didn't work properly. That's why we had it closed and hadn't used it since day one. But this didn't help; in the end, someone broke in through this door. The Interhome agency has not taken responsibility.

Beautiful location in Calpe, removed from the city center but 20 minutes on foot as well as the large beaches (however beware of the climb) Small beach 5 minutes on foot. Very good swimming pool. However the deckchair has changed and a little bigger barbecue would be a plus

House in a quiet place with parking at the door. The microwave did not work for us and the same day we notified, in the afternoon we already had a new one. The pool little crowded and clean. There is a small beach about 600m away. To put something wrong, the entrance stairs to the house are a bit dangerous because they are spiral and narrow, but there is an elevator that even if it is a little slow gives the service. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
