10 people fit very well into the house. Owner great, very nice and helpful. Always available. Clean pool and plenty of space to romp. Everything so far there. What we missed was a dryer, when it rains you have no way to dry towels or clothes. Washing machine is in Croatian (you need to translate first) to understand what to wash with. The house was so far clean, plenty of space to sit. Volume doesn't bother residents no matter what time. To recommend.
