As expected, the hut was very quaint, rustic and equipped with the essentials you need for a good ski trip. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for large groups. The rooms are simply and functionally furnished. If you don't expect luxury and can manage with simple accommodation, this is the place for you :) The only drawback is unfortunately the absolutely incompetent couple who run the property. You should also read the red folder with additional instructions, otherwise you will have trouble.

So far everything was great. Unfortunately the bathrooms and toilets were not clean. When we arrived we first cleaned the sinks etc. It would also be great if there was somewhere to sit outside for everyone to eat together. The existing beer bench is unfortunately too small and unstable. Otherwise everything was great. Greetings, M.

The house is very rustic and cozy, with lots of wood and offers enough space for eight people. Unfortunately, some of the furniture and kitchen equipment are getting old and there are not enough glasses in particular. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired this year.

The house is very cozy with lots of wood and history. The view from the garden is beautiful. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, it is also suitable for a larger family or 2 families. Very friendly on-site support. We had a lovely week in Ginzling

Resort is very beautiful mountains everywhere you look. About the accommodation: it is an old rustic mountain hut where the bathrooms have been nicely renovated. So the children 12,11,8 and 2 really liked it.

A wonderful, charming house. If you like it simple but original, you've come to the right place. Everything there, everything clean. Great snow and a great hut for tobogganing in town. Thanks!

Spend a nice week in this cabin in a small village in Tyrolia. Very nice, plenty of room, everything clean and well-equipped. Quiet and remoten in the village of Ginzling, which we really liked. It is about a 15-minute drive to Mayrhofen, which is the next town.

We had a great time in Ginzling! The old rustic house is something for lovers! It is functional and everything is there! We would have gladly rented this house again next year, but we had to realize that in the same period with the same travel duration, the price was increased by a whopping 36%! This is incomprehensible and inexplicable for us! So we will keep this stay in good memory!

The house is very spacious, attractive, comfortable and cozy. Good beds, good kitchen equipment and it was nice and warm in the house. The house is in a breathtakingly beautiful place and nice and free. In fifteen minutes you are in Mayrhofen where you will find shops, restaurants and ski slopes. There is also a small slope in Ginzling itself. The welcome was also very friendly. You must strictly separate the waste and take it to a waste station in Mayrhofen yourself. So a small minus. Also recommended.

only a satisfactory rating, since we had asked for the heating to be set higher, which we combined with the argument "it will be warmer again tomorrow" (but we didn't freeze - but would have liked it to be 2 degrees warmer)

A beautifully renovated house. Unfortunately very dark and little lighting in the house.

Cosy, rustic house with no direct neighbors and in a beautiful landscape. Very suitable for large groups thanks to the garden and large lounge. Only a little clairaudient which is due to the construction. Service and contact before and on site great. Ginzling is a great starting point for hikes, climbs and mountain bike tours. There are bread rolls on site, nearest shops in Mayerhofen.

Very spacious holiday home with a nice atmosphere. Ideal for us but also for our dog because there is a garden and the house is not directly on the road. It is also wonderful that you can sit outside covered, even if there is a shower. Ginzling is a cozy little village with a great cafe and restaurant. Just a pity that there is no shop.

We rate the independent disposal of rubbish as negative as well as the reduction in the departure time from Interhome at 10:00 a.m. given by the key holder at 9:30 a.m

It is a nice house and everything you need is there. It is a bit dark but with the lights on it is cozy in the evening. There is plenty of hot water and the mattresses are very good and the wifi is very good. The garden is not really fenced, but because the house is a bit backwards, this is not really a problem for a stray dog. The owners are friendly people and the man makes sure that small problems are solved immediately. The household waste has to be sorted, which in itself is not a problem because we have to do that at home too. What is a disadvantage is that the compost bin is in the neighbor's garden and the sorting room is located in the neighbor's basement. What I personally find too much about it is that as a tenant you have to ensure that your waste is taken to the container park with a fine of €50 if you do not do this. There are several good restaurants nearby so you don't have to drive far. I don't really recommend the gasthof next door. You can do your shopping in Mayrnhofen, back and forth 30 min. All encompassing: A nice and well located house with a disadvantage.

Pros: Great accommodation with lots of space. Kitchen equipment complete. Nice landlady Neutral: The bread service only delivers from 8 a.m. to the tourist information. Too late for skiers. Cons: The ski bus is impossible. Only twice in the morning: 8:30 and 10:15. Back only once in the evening: 5:15 p.m. And when we were able to use it once, the bus driver wanted 13 euros from us because we didn't have the skis with us (depot). And that despite the ski pass.
