Tyrol Apartment 2

A very nice and well-equipped apartment in a central yet quiet location in Aschau, with access to the garden and a ski bus stop right next to the house. The landlady is very friendly.

Great apartment is ideal for a family with one or two children. Ground floor apartment has a garden. Very good location - it's in the center, everything is close by - restaurant, cafe, supermarket, bakery, bus stops, train station. Still very quiet. Ski area is very big! And there are lots of options for summer! Thank you very much, dear Mrs. W., for our vacation. We'll be back!

A nice accommodation with a good location.

It was cozy and snug, but there were also many things that were not right/broken.

When we arrived, no one was there and the apartment was open. We went in and had a look around. We would have preferred to back out again. The windows didn't open. The floor was dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, no towel racks, water was leaking from the seals in the shower and there weren't even items like a vacuum cleaner. The mattresses left a lot to be desired. All in all, a shame about the money. Broken dishes in the cupboard.

Despite the cold weather at times, the week was a dream. The large apartment was nice and warm and cozy, we really enjoyed it.

The accommodation is very central, supermarket and bakery within walking distance, but still very quiet. Very attentive landlords who fulfill your every wish.

It is a reasonably spacious apartment with very good beds and a nice shower. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Only the wifi was very bad.

We spent a great weekend at Landhaus Tyrol. It was clean and tidy. The owner is very helpful and cheerful. We recommend and will return in the future.

Spacious holiday home, 2 toilets is very nice! 1 in the renovated bathroom and 1 separate toilet, retro. The house is on one level on the ground floor. 1 step at the entrance. Parking in front of the door. Furthermore, the house is in the middle of the village and very centrally located in the beautiful Zillertal. Perfect base for both summer and winter. The host and hostess are wonderful!

Thanks again to the landlords. They were very accommodating and helpful. It's a nice apartment, centrally located in Aschau. Bakers, groceries, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a communal garden that can be used by the 3 apartments. If you want to eat well, you have to drive to the neighboring towns. Suburb is a good pizzeria, right near the apartments and the Schnitzelhaus. It was a great vacation.

Very good location bakery, supermarket, restaurants, train and bus within walking distance. Friendly hostess and gentleman, received a lot of information about the area what to do, and nice hiking tips. We have experienced 3 beautiful holiday weeks.

Service is not too good. No plate or glass is the same and there are all kinds of pieces from it. Cleaning could be better.

Ok apartment but just small enough for 6 people. Good central location. Cleaning lacking, and kitchen equipment (pots, pans) was poor

Good location, convenience, nice owners

We've been traveling to the Zillertal for 15 years, but we've never come across such a dirty apartment. The sofa bed was full of dog hair. The floor was black and sticky. The table full of stains. The dishes totally dirty. The silicone in the shower was black. When asked about it by the landlady, she said it couldn't be and didn't want to crave anything and it would have been cleaned for 5 hours. We didn't want to spoil our holiday and scrubbed everything ourselves for 2 hours.

Overall, a very nice accommodation offer, unfortunately a minus for the condition of the kitchen equipment - a lot does not mean good and clean.

We were a family with 2 children in the apartment and had enough space. The apartment is very central and is still quiet. The landlady is very nice and friendly and always available. The apartment is perfectly reasonable for the price.

This house has been renovated a bit older, however, the large garden is a plus. The disadvantage is that the rooms are not darkened, and it is quite noisy due to passing traffic. House is complete, although kitchen equipment may be a bit more extensive.

Modern and spacious holiday apartment with a very nice hostess, free WiFi, very good location, kitchen equipment could be a little better. But overall very good value for money.

Good connection to public transport. Unfortunately, smaller pots, pans with matching lids and egg cookers were missing. A drying rack for swimming visits would not have been bad. Otherwise nice landlord. Terrace with garden use. TV available. Bathroom big enough. Guest toilet available.

Very nice apartment located in the center of the small town of Aschau in the heart of the Ziller Valley. Close to the Zillertal Arena and the Hochzillertal. Great views of the snow-capped Alps. Slope from the Hichzillertal region almost to the house, so no need to go down the gondola and go by ski bus. Great and kind owner .... I highly recommend

Very nice apartment with good conditions for a one week stay. Our only surprise was that the host came daily in the apartment when we were away, without anyone telling us this will happen. It was difficult to get the keys as the host does not speak English.

... very nice and cordial landlady. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was also perfect in the center of town. It was also perfect for our dog because the distance to a large meadow where you can walk the dog without any problems wasn't too big. All in all TOP.

When the outside temperature was 8 degrees, they refused to turn on the heating. Even in the bathroom there was no heating. 17-18 degrees in the apartment. The reason for this is that there would be no heating season. After I contacted Interhome, the heating was turned on for 2 days, and then that was it. The mattresses are dirty and stained. There was mold on the window frames and then just painted over it. In the bathroom there is black mold on the silicone in the shower

We rented the apartment for a week, and when we arrived, we immediately saw that the house had not been cleaned. We said something about this but notice that it was not really wanted. And from the previous tenant were still many things such as food remains, toys, etc., glasses were not really present.

It's a beautiful apartment. It is large and very bright. It has its own entrance where you can park your car in front of it. Unfortunately, the ski cellar doesn't deserve the name, because it's cold and none of our shoes got even remotely dry there. Another point is cleanliness. This was miserable when we arrived. Examples like: hair and candy wrappers in the corners and lots of cobwebs everywhere. You have to emphasize that the final cleaning costs 20 €! It's not worth the money!
