Large terrace 25 m2, south facing position and, east facing position, large garden 55 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. Due to the sloping position of the house, the entrance is on the third floor.

In the district of Zellberg 3.2 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the skiing area. Private: beautiful terraced garden, 55 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Carport. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis 3 km, gondola lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, ski school 4 km, children's ski school 4 km, sled run 5 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 4 km, Zillertal 3000 8 km, Kaltenbach Hochzillertal 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Located close to the farm, alpacas, sheep. Here, children are welcome! E-bike and e-car charging only for a fee, no e-charging station at the house.

The accommodation is very good, everything you need is available. In addition, it is very clean. The large balcony offers plenty of space and a great view of Zell. There is a lot on offer for children, lots of animals and toys. The lovely hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Always my pleasure!

We have been delighted. The location is awesome. The family is very lived there. We were fully taken care of and they gave us very good tips. No matter what question we had, we got a great answer, such as a muzzle or cable car or where to go with the kids when it rained. And there were always great tips. Our kids were allowed to go to their own animals and pet and feed them. Our dogs were very welcome. Gladly again it was beautiful LG

Rarely have we experienced such hospitality! Our landlady always made time for us and our questions, we were allowed to try local products and visit the animals in the stable. We felt very comfortable and welcome! The apartment is well equipped, very clean, quiet and modern. We got new towels several times a week! Terrace and private garden are dog-safe with a fantastic view! Thank you for a relaxing time

We love this accommodation and have booked it for next year for the third time. The view from all rooms and the terrace over the Zillertal is priceless. The apartment is big enough and we had two large dogs with us. The two new bathrooms, one, are very nice of which with a rain forest shower. The rooms are very clean, the landlady is very friendly and helpful. The garden is so well demarcated that you can let the dogs run around there without any problems. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, the apartment cannot be recommended because the landlady did not take care of our questions. We also had hair on the bed and bugs in the apartment. They... crawled in the bed and on the ceiling. Unfortunately, the bathrooms weren't clean either. Overall we were not satisfied with the apartment and would not recommend it..

It was once again a wonderful holiday at Leitenhof. We have now been there for the third time. Just very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is super clean and the rental very relaxed. In the apartment it is totally quiet and comfortable. You always get support and help from the rental company. The place offers many possibilities and the area is highly recommended for skiing. We had a great time and we are looking forward to seeing you again!

The house is beautifully situated on a slope. The landlady is very nice and helpful. The apartment itself is very big, we were four adults one child and two large dogs. They could all let off steam in the small but adequate garden. Everything was as described in the ad. We can recommend the apartment and are certainly not the last time there. Just getting there is a little adventure. Even if the sat nav says arrival, just keep going.

We really liked it here. Nice landlord. Bread service, eggs and feta cheese directly from the farm. We were most impressed by the large terrace with the fantastic view. The small private garden with barbecue and trampoline was also nice. Ideal for the children and dogs. We would love to come back and have already booked.

We had great days in Tyrol, which is particularly positive, the outstanding view from the super-large balcony of the mountains and the entire valley to Mayrhofen. We found the long and steep footpath into the valley to be a small disadvantage. That's why we always drove down to the valley in our car, but there were always free parking spaces available to start our hikes from there. Also worth mentioning is our landlady, Ms. XXX, who surprised us with services that we didn't know from holiday apartments, for example, she provided us with fresh bathroom linen every 2 days. The apartment has underfloor heating, which is very pleasant on cool days.

As a guest in October 2017 as a family with a dog: Super nice family, great location of the holiday apartment, nice apartment, everything available, clean, fenced-in meadow for the dog, absolutely children and dog-friendly. Very uncomplicated. Perfect if you want to switch off for a few days. It was worth it. We'll definitely be back!
