Rügenperle

Modern and functionally furnished semi-detached house, located on the edge of a holiday home development. We didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. The underfloor heating on both floors created a pleasant room climate, which was further enhanced by the great fireplace in the living area (we travelled in late autumn).

Very quiet surroundings, so you can sleep in and relax. Arrival and departure are uncomplicated, thanks to Ms. L. (contact person by phone and on site if required).

The accommodation met our expectations

House very clean, modernly equipped. Nothing to complain about. Felt comfortable all around. The location is also fantastic.

Holiday home definitely as described in the pictures. All clean. Service and caretaker very nice. Holiday home complex clean and guaranteed one parking space per outdoor home. Altefaehr is a quiet place, not a typical sandy beach, but a large playground for children. Great cocktail bar on the harbour.

Accommodation and service were good. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice, cozy home on Rügen in the small seaside resort of Altefaehr. Quiet location, everything new, sparkling clean and well equipped. Also suitable with a dog, although not fully fenced. From here there are many possibilities for walks, to the beach and to the town. Very pleasant stay for a couple and max 2 children.

The keys were handed over on arrival and departure without any problems, the on-site support was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms. L. The holiday home is well equipped, the kitchen even has a real freezer. The beds were soft, but didn't cause us back pain. The WiFi is really fast, I've never experienced anything like it on vacation * thumbs up * I've already recommended the holiday accommodation

Unfortunately we couldn't have a sauna because the infrared sauna didn't get hot.

....with all important and necessary things for a stay. The cleanliness was fine. Unfortunately, the heating failed during our vacation and we were without hot water for two days. The administrator was very dedicated and the troubleshooting was done as quickly as possible. A fair solution for the inconvenience caused was found without any problems. The only downer is the advertised infrared sauna, which does not meet the requirements.

Apartment is a semi-detached house with everything you could wish for. Kitchen equipment, washing machine, internet, sauna. Structurally of high quality, not far from the beach. The place itself is ideal for family vacations. Not too crowded and still central and well equipped. The beach is protected from the weather as there is no open sea. At the resort itself you have everything you could wish for: beach, restaurants, climbing park and much more Unfortunately it's over much too quickly!!!

Drainage of the shower on the upper floor did not work, but was pointed out when handing over the keys. We did not find it good, among other things: -1 drying towel for two weeks -no clothespins -no iron/ironing board -devices/bowls/simple drinking glasses - equipment in the kitchen very much poor

The house is very clean and has everything you need on vacation. Some small things are not available, such as a casserole dish. Unfortunately, the sauna was only 30 degrees after 45 minutes, so we didn't feel like it anymore. The only downside is the heating. It takes a long time for her to warm up on the ground floor. Only the bathroom on the upper floor has gotten warm. The two bedrooms remained cold despite full blast. In itself a great house.
