Ostseeblick

The location couldn't be better; you can see the sea from every room and are just a minute from the beach, the pier, and the town. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't clean, which really annoyed us. Everything was covered in cobwebs, and the kitchen cupboards were sticky. You could barely see out of the windows; they were filthy. Many things were badly worn, and the carpets were full of holes and damaged. The toilet's flush stop was broken. Very little water came out of the shower, and the hot water in the kitchen barely trickled.

Apartment in a great location near the beach and the center with a great floor plan for 4 people. The walls and flooring, especially in the living room and bathroom, are damaged and in need of renovation. Cleaning is extremely poor. This is evident in the numerous spiders, very dirty windows, including the windowsills (which didn't come from the construction site next door), dirty balcony furniture, and verdigris covering the entire balcony. The flooring on the balconies is permeable (there's constant dirt from the balcony above).

Furnished with attention to detail. Some signs of wear. Fantastic view from the balcony, panoramic window, and breakfast table! Top location!
