The location of the apartment was great. We were two families with one child each. The sleeping arrangements were a bit funny, but otherwise we were satisfied.

The second bedroom was the integrated balcony, correspondingly narrow and only equipped with a folding couch. There was only 1 wine glass, no small pot with a lid and not enough hooks in the bathroom.

Positive: location of the property (short distances), size of hallway / living room and bedroom, washing machine available Negative: in my opinion no accommodation for 6 people, as there are 2x sofa bed and only 2 separate beds (online description insofar or with regard to the number of the bedrooms not clear or a bit confusing), only moderately clean on arrival (cobwebs in various places), far too few cutlery and crockery (the dishwasher is not worth it), stove took forever to get hot

We were disappointed. The apartment is nice and big and centrally located, you can easily explore the place on foot. But the facility is really old school, thrown together, shabby. The carpet in the living room was stained, the chairs there too and wobbly. Expired things in the kitchen cupboard and it could be cleaned. A rusty shelf in the shower, a rotten drying rack on the balcony and cobwebs everywhere. Pillow case and tea towel broken. Never again

The apartment is very worn. The carpeting is extremely stained and needs to be changed urgently. The upholstered furniture is worn and should also be replaced. The mattresses are certainly still from the initial installation. Also, there weren't really two bedrooms, there was a porch with a pull-out couch. In our opinion, the apartment is in urgent need of renovation. Furthermore, apart from a hand brush, there was no cleaning device (vacuum cleaner...).

The villa looks impressive and is in good condition. The apartment was functional. However, it did not sleep well in the bedroom on the bed. Somehow the mattresses are bigger than the frame and so there was a risk of falling. Otherwise we felt comfortable and would love to come back.

Simple, big apartment. Value for money is absolutely fine. Parking directly at the house. Friendly landlords. Wilhelmstrasse, Seebrücke, Rasender Roland train station, Neptun swimming pool, all on foot in 5-15 minutes. accessible.
